Here is an interesting article providing buying tips on mens leather wallets. We particularly like the breakdown of the different kinds of leathers (slip grain, top grain and full grain). In the article, they indicate a preference towards full grain, which we happen to agree with. They go on to recommend not over stuffing a wallet and asking oneself how they carry their wallet before making a purchase. Skip the ladder questions and just get a Slimmy front pocket wallet and save yourself from back pain and butt fatigue.

The BBB (Better Business Bureau) just released a an alert for holiday shoppers about identity thieves. Here is one of their recommendations:
In-store shopping tips — Keep your purse tucked securely under your arm and your wallet in a front pocket or other place safer place than a back pocket.
Then they go on to recommend:
Keep receipts in your wallet.

Wait a second, by the time you load up all those receipts in your traditional billfold, you are bound to end up with a big fat butt brick! We suggest accumulating those receipts in a safe place other than your billfold. If you need help making sure to always keep your receipts in a separate and safe place, just get a Slimmy. It’s slim enough for your front pocket and will make you get rid of stuff you don’t need. Keep your receipts in your sock!
