How to Return and Exchange Your Goods
It’s really simple. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return any Slimmy for any reason. We want you to be happy and will do what every we can to meet your needs.

To return your Slimmy for a refund, simply return the item within 90 days of receiving your order in its original condition (include all original tags and packaging if you still have them). As long as it is unused, we will give you a full refund. If you would like to exchange it for another Slimmy product, just leave a note letting us know which one you would like to receive. If there is a major price difference between the item you are returning and the one you want in exchange, we will in contact to work out the difference.*

To exchange an item, please follow the steps below:
- Secure all goods to be returned along with a copy of your invoice.
- Include a note explaining the reason for the return or exchange (and the new size and color you would like to try).
- Print a return label as instructed below.
- Return the package via a postal carrier of your choice.
All requests for exchange will be processed withing 3 business days. Refunds are processed within 45 days of receipt of the goods you ordered. If there is a problem with the quality of condition of a product we ship to you, please contact us.
Important Note
For international orders, all customs, duties, taxes, and any other charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.
