Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in Ohio, where we are headquartered.
I need a copy of my invoice?
Click here to e-mail us and we will gladly send you a copy of your invoice.
How do I track my order?
We will send an e-mail confirmation with tracking information upon shipment of your order. If for some reason you did not receive a tracking number, please contact us.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
How do I use a coupon?
